Case study
CUTI Therapy
The site behind Eric's private therapy practice: a statewide telehealth brand — trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming — with transparent rates, insurance billing handled in-house, and direct booking. Built, branded, and ranked by the therapist it belongs to.

CUTI is Eric's own counseling practice — “Change one thing. Change everything.” — serving Eugene, Springfield, and all of Oregon via telehealth, walking sessions, and home visits. The site had to do what a solo practice can't staff for: explain the work, screen for fit, show rates and insurance up front, and book sessions without a phone call.
Everything on it is self-built: the brand and interactive hero, the section-scroll storytelling (the space, philosophy, areas of focus), the transparent investment panel with live insurance details, and the search presence that kept the practice full — page-one rankings for counseling searches across the service area. It's the studio's proof of concept: brand a practice, build its site, and run its systems end to end.
Common questions
What services did CUTI Therapy offer?
Individual and group therapy through telehealth statewide, plus walking sessions around Eugene and home visits. The practice specialized in trauma, addiction, and SPMI, and was LGBTQ+ affirming.
How did the site handle booking and insurance?
Sessions were booked directly on the site, no phone call needed, and insurance billing was handled in-house with transparent rates published for every option, including $0 copays for most Trillium OHP members.
Can Ulric build something like this for my practice?
Yes. The brand, the site, and the practice systems were all built by the studio, and that end-to-end playbook, from identity to booking flow to SEO, is exactly what Ulric now does for clients.
